Step 2 - Complete Signup Genius to schedule your time for LHS Physicals
Step 3 - Sections 5 & 6 Link - Complete This Paper and bring it to your physical time
Step 4 - get physical on 6/12/24 (or at your own doctor appointment)
Step 5 - complete Healthy Roster questionnaire - see website for more information if you don't have an account yet
